Private Lessons
- Friday afternoons in Danville by appointment year-round, as long as I'm available and the Danville 10-day forcast predicts "Very Good" or "Excellent" weather.
- Weekends by appointment from May through October at the dates and locations listed on my Current Schedule.
- Tues, Wed, and Thurs. evenings at 6PM in Danville from May through October by appointment.
It's best to contact me by email for a lesson appointment or additional information. In order to get Fridays off for skate business, my typical workday runs from 7am to 7pm. You can leave voice messages at (925) 323-0486 and I will do may best to return your call at a reasonable hour.
Gear
Students are required to bring their own helmet (bike helmets are fine), and wear wrist guards, knee, and elbow pads. I have a limited supply of Rollerblade brand skates and protective gear to loan free of charge. Here are East Bay area rental choices in case I don't have your size:
- San Francisco - Bike and Roll, 734 Lombard St. (Lombard & Columbus) (415)771-8735. Email: sfc@bikerental.com. Overnight rates, good selection, $20 for 24 hour rentals.
- Palo Alto - Black Diamond Sports, 162 University Avenue (650) 289-0900. Rents only Rollerblade brand (ABT brakes available).
- Marin - DemoSport, 1690 Tiburon Blvd. (415) 454-3500. $10 half day, $20 for 24-hour rental.
